i really enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool, it had amazing views of the city, it felt very relaxing! the room featured tea and coffee facilities which i really appreciated. the staff helped me hotspot my kindle, so i could download some books, it was very thoughtful. the breakfast offered a really good choice and variety, starting the day on the terrace was a treat!
I found that i was not informed about ongoing works, so noise and dust were a disturbance. The noise really impacted my siesta.

my room offered a comfortable bed and plenty of space. a nice balcony! tea and coffee making facilities are also included in the rooms, super handy. blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep, too.

the front desk staff provides great support. they helped me with my kindle, it was very thoughtful of them! the reception can accommodate early check-in if space is available, it's very convenient. they also store luggage!

the breakfast buffet offered lots of options. the rooftop bar provided great views. the room had soundproof windows and thick curtains , made it quiet for sleeping.
the room didn't have a full length mirror for getting ready

I loved the prime location as it made exploring super easy. the staff were also very kind and helpful. They really went the extra mile (especially almudena!). my room was also clean with amazing amenities.
